the part about the man pronouncing his wife's friend's name Naomi.. then Naomi corrected him twice.. It's not Nao-mi! it's Na-o-mi!
Terence and i looked at each other and laughed...

cos i know of a girl name Naomi who can't pronounce her own name.. In my opinion, it's pretty sad to mispronounce you own name.
There was once herbie saw her and pronounce her name Na-o-mi(nā-ō'mē), she glared at him as though he was a "low" class fella who can't pronounce her name. She insisted that her name is pronounced as Nao-mi. Poor herbert korkor..
Maybe she wanna be special, so she prefer her name to be pronounced as Nao-mi/Na-Yumi or Yumi over Na-o-mi. Hopefully, she watched this show and corrected it?

Watsons 21st Anniversary event @ Tampines mall

This is the entry that many of you have been anticipating...

Presenting Watsons 21st Anniversary event @ Tampines mall!!

On 28th March, 4 Majolica Majorca ambassadors were told to be at Tampines for Watsons 21^st Anniversary event at Tampines Mall, where Watsons was also launching their inaugural inhouse magazine- GLOW! We were all supposed to be dressed up like the MJ poster girl in Chapter 22, complete with the hair wig! There were 2 shifts, Beatrice and Cordelia were given the 12pm-3pm slot, while Audrey and I were given the 3pm-6pm slot.

Since sweetie Audrey and I stay pretty close to each other, we went down together!

The moment we reached Tampines Mall, we saw Beatrice and Cordelia! Very eye catching wig!! we went.. OMG.... it's gonna be our turn next!! Both of us reached early, so we went for quick lunch and took pictures with beatrice.

TRANSFORMATION TIME!

Sweet makeup artist Pamela did the makeup for us with the latest Majolica Majorca's products to give us a porcelain smooth complexion, super long lashes and blue rimmed eyes just like the image model in Chapter 22's Girly Erotica image before putting on the blonde wig. I had a hard time putting on the wig cos my hair is thick, lol! The wig didn't fit well on me.

Yea... I know you people must be laughing. I think I look horrible in the wig. It wasn't easy to wear a wig and walk around tampines mall. We were lucky that we don't stay nearby.. didn't see many familiar faces walking around..HAHA

There was a Q&A session whereby the emcee asked the ambassadors about their favorite Majolica Majorca's product and share some makeup tips.

Yesterday
Went down for a shoot at PSS... After shoot, i saw edwin's sms so i met him for my "breakfast" at around 5pm.
Went to the new mall beside bugis village and there's an arcade that's very jap style.
As usual, edwin caught care bears!

Supposed to meet elaine near my area but since i'm already in town... i changed my plans. Sorry girl....

Hana Yori Dango-"Boys over Flowers" (花より男子) is one of the best selling manga in Japan. I have the complete set of manga! :D
watched the anime but they changed the story plot(this happen all the time), so i was disappointed.
I'm sure some of you have watched Meteor Garden(Taiwanese version) or Hana Yori Dango(Japanese version) dramas.
I have watched a few episodes of the Meteor Garden but was VERY disappointed, so i stopped.

Days ago, Jerraine introduce me the Korean version, Boys before Flowers.
She spread the "craze" to me!! i completed the drama of 25 episodes in 4days!

My fav character have always been Rui Hanazawa(jap name);花沢類(mandarin name);Yoon Yi Hoo(korean name). Kim Hyun Joong took the role, he is really CUTE!!!
In my opinion, Kim Hyun Joong is such a pretty boy! he have the nicest smile! i am smitten by his killer smile.. was drooling over him while watching the show.. He looks like anime character!

Males will also enjoy looking at eye candies in the show.
Koo Hye Sun- Geum JanDi(Korean name) is really cute, sweet & innocent looking. And of cos there are alot more Korean beauties in the show!!

I feel that the Koreans did a great job!!
Not only because their actors and actresses looks better than taiwanese's version.
According to the manga, F4 especially Tsukasa Domyoji (道明寺司 ); Goo Joon Pyo come from wealthy family leading luxurious life. Meteor Garden failed to show how rich are F4 unlike Boys before Flowers. Koreans pumped in much more money and effort in the making of this drama by fliming it in various countries and more.
In the drama, Goo Joon Pyo took helicopter to school(owned by his family)!! Brought his friends to an island own by his family for holidays.
The koreans are very good at fliming such dramas. Haha, i can't control my tears while watching the drama. lost count of the number of times i shed my tears...
It's one of the korean drama that you shouldn't miss!

Jerraine and i were saying... "IT'S FAKE!!! it's impossible to find handsome, tall, rich, smart, sweet & nice guy!!!".
Hmm...maybe 1 in a century? miracle? LOL....

Anyways, i know that i haven't update about my personal life lately; too lazy to upload pics from camera. I promise to do it for next entry!!

It's april fool day..
how was your day???
i received a prank sms from cute cheryl but it didn't work on me, cos i scroll the sms till the end and saw "happy april fool!".
Then i wondered... will this work on my friends? So i editted the sms to make it more personal and convincing before forwarding to people.
Okay, you can say that i'm so damn free... had nothing better to do or what so ever.
I'm cool...

The best part was.... IT WORKED!!!
i can't believe it!
One of them, E woke up and saw my sms.. so replied me and confessed that he lied to me.
i can't help it... i laughed cos i didn't expect that.
well, it was white lie. Doesn't really matter.. who don't lie?? if you say that you don't lie, you're the biggest liar!!
i can't help it... i laughed cos i didn't expect that.

Some were shocked and worked up...
eg: R called me up and said that he was shocked when he read the sms. So he asked me what happened? i told him to scroll down the sms to read once again, he sounded really anxious! Insisted me to explain it on phone and refused to view the sms again. So i had no choice, so i paused awhile and said, happy april fool! Immediately, he laughed but said that it's not funny.
The cutest moment was when he asked me, am i the only fool?? or the biggest fool of the day? so i replied, don't worry.... you're not! you're number 7th or 8th!
Yes, i'm meanie.. i can't control myself, i laughed.

Some replied me with sms, thought that i sms wrong person or gave me "blur and lost" replies.
But the sweetest reply was from C... his reply was "what have i done wrong?? All i did was to keep a place for you in my heart". Awww.... sweet talker!!!
Few of them read sms halfway and reply/call me up....
Conclusion: Please read finish the entire sms before you reply!

btw, the wig didn't fit me cos my natural hair + hair extension is very thick and heavy!
So it's impossible to hide all my hair under the wig!!
I believe everyone will laugh when the pics are up... but you know what, i'm not gonna share it now...

Why Higher SPF isn't necessarily better??

When consumers are more conscious of the importance of sun protection, they naturally assume that the higher the SPF, the better the protection. Hence, products with very high SPFs(above 100) start appearing in the market.
As i was having conversation with a friend(who is a doctor)-asking for some "whitening tips", he explained that "higher SPF sunblock doesn't mean that it gives better protection".

UVA (ultraviolet-A)
Although less likely than UVB to cause sunburn, UVA penetrates the skin more deeply, and is considered the chief culprit behind wrinkling, leathering, and other aspects of "photoaging."

UVB (ultraviolet-B)
More potent than UVA in producing sunburn, these rays are considered the main cause of basal and squamous cell carcinomas as well as a significant cause of melanoma.

SPF (sun protection factor)
Measures the length of time a product protects against skin reddening from UVB, compared to how long the skin takes to redden without protection. If it takes 20 minutes without protection to begin reddening, using an SPF 15 sunscreen theoretically prevents reddening 15 times longer(about 5hours).
Higher SPF doesn't mean the suncreen is more effective than the lower ones. In fact, higher strengths may cause increased irritation among people sensitive to the active ingredients in sunscreens. Other possible side effects include allergic reactions such as rashes.

Broad-spectrum protection
product that shields against UVA as well as UVB. However, It does not guarantee protection against all UVA wavelengths. Most broad-spectrum sunscreens and sunblocks with an SPF of 15 or higher do a good job against UVB and short UVA rays; if they contain UVA protective ingredients such as avobenzone, zinc oxide, or titanium dioxide, they should be effective.

Even with the ideal sunscreen, some UV rays can get through to your skin and cause damage as no sunblock is full proof!
Always reapply sunblock every 2 hours, bring along sunglass, hat or avoid the sun!

As i was watching Discovery channel, i saw the advertisement for Earth hour, i would like to spread the word on my blog.
Take part in Earth Hour by switching off your house lights on March 28th for 1hour(from 830-930pm)!!

By switching off the lights, it does two things: it means that you wish to take care of our planet by doing your part, and it saves electricity, which means less greenhouse gases would be generated during Earth Hour.

Talking about our lifes.. I came across an interesting article and im sharing part of it with you guys

The absurdities in our lifes today are shocking.
examples:
We have multiplied our possessions but reduced our values.
More conveniences but less time
More medics but less healthy people
We have learnt to make a living but not life
We have added years to life but not life to years
We have cleaned up the heart but polluted the soul
Our educational institutions are no longer models of knowledge, shameful that we have higher incomes but lower morals
We are more concerned with the label than the labelled
These are times of strong men but weak character
Steep profits but shallow relationships
More leisure but less fun
More types of food but less nutrition
Flashy weddings but more separations
Fancier houses but broken homes
Times of much work but low pay, on another hand-less work but more pay.

It's Ironic

Anyway, there were times whereby i feel like penning down something from the buttom of my heart.. but i failed to do so.. I guess language has certain limitation of expressing one's innermost emotions and also it's not a great idea for me to share too much on blog...
i learned to shut up and pretend as if i know nothing.. cos i don't wanna get into trouble. Listening & people watching is much more enjoyable than talking.. In that way, people can't put words in my mouth!

Ignorant people loves to gossip/ bitch ridiculous stuffs that never exist... in a way, i find it entertaining & funny..
They make me laugh and as a weird person..I love it when people think otherwise about me.

1 day before IT show.. i did a shoot in afternoon.

After work... i went down for CLEO bachelor finals at Zirca with Stephy
All thanks for Jerraine for the invitation.... haha, we whistle whenever her bf, alex got onto stage!
sadly, i didn't manage to capture a gd of him...

Heard that the queue was really long... some queued for 1 hr to get in..
by the time i arrive zirca from suntec... the show started
it was VERY CROWDED but a GREAT show...

the winner is none other than bachelor number 45 vivian
He's really tall, cute and friendly.. No offence to the fans of other contestants, i think he deserves it..
Some of the contestants are also cute & talented, i believe it was good experience for all contestants

Unfortunately, my camera played tricks on me!!! sigh
As I came late, i didn't stand at very favorable position to get good pictures..

i think he's tired... poor thing... he took too many pics with his female "fans"..

For the benefit of those who didn't turn up for the finals...
The segment that made all the girls nose bleed was the strip tease segment
panties and bras were thrown from the crowd to performance stage!!
But it wasn't me!!!!
I guess... it could be their friends?? maybe they brought along extra extra panties and bra and throw onto the stage?

finally IT show is over!
Trust me, it was crazy!!!
first day of IT show felt like the final day...
on day 3 of the show, they actually control the crowd by letting people up the escalators"batch by batch"!
But it was still too crowded, hence they had no choice but to block off the escalators and told the crowd to come back in 1 hour's time.
however, there's a loophole!!! there are 2 lifts at each end of the hall!
sadly, due to recession, not many companies hire showgirls...

luckily i have a great partner, elynn to accompany me during the show.
it wasn't easy to stand at the booth for so many hours with point high heel boots!
at a point of time, we cant take it any longer! She brightened up my day by sharing some jokes, tht's so cute of her.
Looking forward to work with her on coming Sat's game launch.

Watched the movie "he's just not that into you" with terence..
The movie is based on a book that was a New York Times best seller.
To my surprise, it was inspired by Sex and the City!

Dear All,

I would like to thank all friends for giving me and my family, especially my sister, care and support for the past one week. Thinking back, the past one week it is really one of the worst weeks which my family have to endure through. The news that my niece, Charmaine Lim, 3yrs 7 mths old, has been diagnosed with 4th stage neuroblastoma cancer came as shock to everyone who knows her.

She is currently warded in KK Hospital, undergoing the torturous chemo treatment from today onwards (26 Feb 2009). As much as I wish to help her to relief some of the pain that she will have to go through, I guess there is just limited things we can do at the moment except praying for a miracle to happen. Nevertheless, we will fight the war with her through this period of sufferings.

Watched the movie, Marley & me, yesterday.
The movie is based on the book- marley & me: life and love with the world's worst dog. It is a bestselling autobiographical book by journalist, John Grogan, published in 2005.
The film was released in the United States and Canada on December 25, 2008 and set a record for the largest Christmas Day box office ever with $14.75 million in ticket sales.

It's a show that you shouldn't miss! (especially for dog lovers/owners)
Unlike other big shows with lots of special effects or fighting/actions, this is a simple life story plot yet it's great show.
I love the show and can relate this show to myself.
Towards the ending of the show, i almost cried.. luckily i managed to hold back my tears :D

For those who don't have pet dog, u may wanna consider about having a dog after watching this show.
BUT please be responsible owner okie? don't leave the poor dog at SPCA after sometime...
Dogs are human's best friend!

i told myself to spend more time with him, dote on him more and bring him out regularly.
If the day comes... i will be very heartbroken

Majolica Majorca chapter 22

We were told to go down for MJ meeting on 3rd Feb 2009, 4pm. Again, we had no clue what Jerraine had up her sleeves. She said "Dress comfortably & come with light make up!"

One thing i know for sure is- we are a lucky bunch of girls! cos we have the privilege of trying/getting the latest products whenever we go down!

I told Jerraine that i saw the line up of products that will be launched for the new season in a Japanese mag and i'm looking forward to try the new mascara (Lash beautifying mascara frame plus) which comes with a unique coil and comb wand.

The moment i stepped into the room, i saw the other ambassadors happily taking pictures and trying out the latest products.

Then i realized that the new chapter 22- Girly Erotica will be launched soon!

For the latest season, new mascara- Lash Beautifying Mascara Frame Plus, new Pressed Pore Cover, and two new shades of Honey Pump Gloss will be added to Majolica Majorca's collection.

I was delighted to see the new products!! Immediately, i took out my camera and started snapping pictures!!

We were then asked to go to another room for an activity and we were surprised to see Loh Hei!!

Each of us took turns to add in one ingredient and say something auspicious for the New Year.

Then, we picked up the chopsticks and LOH, LOH, LOH!!!

It was my very first all-girl Loh Hei session, so i assumed that it will be a "gentle" session.

Surprisingly we were "wild"!!

Ingredients flew all over the place, landed on our hands, emileen's bangles, beatrice's hair, etc. One side of Kanny's chopstick dropped into the dish!!

The best part was... Some ingredients landed on the table and we put them back into the plate!

haha.... i know it may sound unbelievable but i'm serious and i didn't exaggerate!!

Most importantly, we had fun and we ate the stuff !!

After we were done with cleaning up, Jerraine gave a short presentation on Chapter 22 to educate us with basic knowledge about the products which i will be sharing in my next MJ entry.

The next activity nearly gave me a heart attack!

My first reaction was "OMG!!" and as i looked around, i saw other girls with similar expressions on their faces.

Wanna guess what was it???

Hints... hmmm... it can be considered as an exercise..

and it's really sexy (maybe not for beginners)

To keep us in line with the theme of Chapter 22's Girly Erotica launch, MJ got an dance instructor to teach us.....

EROTIC DANCE!!

For a moment, we thought Jerraine was joking with us!

but when the dance instructor came in, we realized that she wasn't joking.

So all of us started our dance lesson... we learned the moves step by step..

oh ya, the prop that we used for the dance was a CHAIR!

I'm not a good dancer to begin with, furthermore i was wearing a casual dress, which made it even harder for me to dance!

She taught us patiently and we followed her instructions slowly.

All of us put in effort to learn and remember the steps.

Haven't work out for sometime... I thought I heard my bones “cracking” and thought that I can't avoid muscles ache the following day.

At the end of the lesson, the instructor danced for us and she's really HOT!

I wish that i can dance like her!!

when i saw e demo of ff13, i thought that the game is out and i said "I must play this game!!"

Envy about girls with long soft, shiny & healthy hair??

Wanna do Japanese perm but your hair is short and it will take forever to grow your hair till the desired length??

Frustrated about the long wait??

You don't have to wait any longer cos you can opt for hair extension!!

I have never done hair extension even though I was very tempted to try it.

Reasons?

I never like the idea of having someone else's hair on me. It sounds freaky!

I use fake lashes!! so this reason is down!
I freaked out after watching the process of making such hair on Discovery channel.

My friends and the staffs of the shop managed to convince me that the extension hair is clean and it's safe.
As I know nothing about extending hair, I asked my girlfriends who did extensions. They told me about the cons of extending hair and I chickened out (eg: it's uncomfortable to sleep with them on, troublesome as it will tangle, harder to wash hair and more)

However, the discomfort that people usually complain about was for clip on method and it can last up to 3months only. Now, Braiding method is very popular as it can last up to 6months long and it is much more comfortable and painless!

Met my pri school classmate.. she stays near my place and we were bored! so we decided to hang out since we haven't seen each other for ages!

Tried the food at Far East
it was okie, nothing fantastic and it's 12 sgd for set(inclusive of drink, main course and mini dessert)
for first timer like myself, i felt that ordering on the machine is troublesome. we don't even know which button to press next and the machine don't accept 50 dollar notes. Had to change money with the lady working there and need her help to order food on the machine. i doubt that i will wanna eat the food here often..

took a break at coffe bean at paragon after walking around orchard for hours..

Christopher joined us after he's done with his stuffs..
Haven't seen him for very long.... we always say that we will meet soon, but it never happen. haha!
Went down to Dbl O and we bumped into dawn, amanda and their male friends.

I think i haven't party for quite awhile and we mixed drinks..
by 1+am... i was half gone...
vomitted 2-3 times before i got home(if i didn't rem wrongly)..
i think i was crazy... kept complaining that i stink after vomitting, so i used alot of perfume on myself.

I'm depressed...
Yesterday, 10th Feb was awful day for me
As i thought that my day was okay...
my day changed drastically... it went downhill from the moment i got a sms( bad news for me which is personal)

i didn't wanna spoil my friend's day, hence i tried my best to make my day better by portraying a tough front.
So we continued shopping in town..
i left my Jill Stuart Makeup bag(My 21st bday present which is imported from Japan) at paragon's level 3 ladies.
I'm not a forgetful person and never left my makeup bag unattended before.
It took me 2 hours to realize that my makeup bag disappeared!

Sadly, all the makeup necessities(worth few hundred) were GONE!!
SIGH.. heartbroken.. cos its almost impossible to get back all the items that were lost.
Some are limited edition items, some are imported from overseas(can't get them locally) and some are presents from beloved friends.
*OUCH*
Luckily, casse was by my side and she helped me out.
Thanks girl... really appreciate your help :D

I dashed into my room and looked for a temp makeup bag. Next, opened my cosmetic storage box to check which items do i need to replace.
I miss my makeup bag.. didn't realize the importance of it until i lost it..

Lesson learned- take good care of your items and don't leave them unattended!!

Are you online shopper?

To be honest, i gave up on online shopping for 1 yr+.
Was so sick and tired of buying clothes from online spree/shops and the design/colour/sizing differ from the pictures! To put it bluntly, i was somehow "cheated" by the pictures. So i told myself not buy clothes unless i get to try them.
I believe some of you had bad experience too.

So far, not many blogshops live up to expectations and i'm please to share a shop opened by one of my friends.
I'm sharing this not because it's opened by a friend, but i'm happy with the products as well as service provided.

The size is free size and it fits well for most people. Quite a number of my gfs ordered and have no problem about the sizing as well as the material cos most are satin.

Since Heroes Season 3 is over, this is show that i have been watching lately.
Based on the book "Gossip Girl", the series revolves around the lives of privileged teenagers on an elite private school in New York City dealing with family, friends,sex, drugs, jealousy, and other issues.
I always thought that only girls will like this show but i was wrong.
There are guys who enjoy this show!

Leighton Meester (Blair Waldorf) is really pretty!! She has barbie doll face and she's hot even though i may not like her character in the show so much.. as she gets jealous of her bff often and had cat fights with other female characters, plot against others with her wealth & power and more.

What about male actor??
Hmmm.. Chace Crawford(Nate Archibald) is pretty cute. what else can i say?

This show kept me awake at late hours and made me stay home on friday night.
Oh yea, i watched "ink heart" days ago and it's boring..
Rather spend the time and save the money, watching tv series/animes online
I hope that the next few movies that i'm watching will be better..
hey, i think i'm going back to the show! Currently, im still stuck at Season 2.

My family and i went back malaysia for family gathering
As usual, we were stuck in traffic jam for an hour.
Had BBQ dinner at Aunt's condo right after we got back from malaysia.
Btw, I'm not Malaysian even though i travel over to Malaysia pretty often.
I'm born in S'pore and i grow up here.

She is my cousin's daughter... she looks much cuter in person..
i think she's afraid, too many strangers around.
she look very chinese?? she's half viet

went over to casse's place for card session since we're neighbours.
I was very lucky...won 100+ even though my bets were only 2 dollars for each game.

hehe.... buy new stuffs(eg: bed sheets, clothes, shoes and more) + public holiday (off day for everyone!!!) + fantastic steamboat dinner with love ones + ang pows (with $$$) + fabulous snacks like pine apple tarts, ba gua & more!!

Unfortunately, this year, i won't be able to get many Ang Pows like the rest of you.
Usually, i get first ang pow from parents but this year, it's slightly different.
Collected my first ang pow from my sis before she flew back to Maldives last week, 2nd from my grandma before reunion dinner and 3rd from parents(after reunion dinner).

Anyways, i will be going Malaysia tomorrow morning for family gathering even though we can't celebrate this year.

I'm not celebrating CNY due to some family matters but still... i bought a cheong sam weeks ago(1month ago if im not wrong) at kai!!! they have really beautiful cheong sam!
I bought the last piece of this colour and soon after, other colours are OOS too and they just bring in 2nd batch. So grab them before it's gone!! Almost bought 2 pieces but i decided to take 1. I won't be visiting relative's place, so i won't have chance to wear.

i got really frustrated with that printer till i gave up.

Watched red cliff just now
Another MUST WATCH movie!
US$80million spend on "Red Cliff", the most expensive Asian-financed film to date.
It is based on historical records of "The Chronicles of the Three Kingdom" rather than the novel, "Romance of the Three Kingdom".
Don't worry, even if you're not a fan of 3 kingdom, you will still like it.

here's the summary

In the early third century, the land of Wu is invaded by the warlord Cao Cao and his soldiers. The ruler of Wu, Sun Quan (Chang Chen), calls on the rival warlord Liu Bei (You Yong) for help, but their two armies are still badly outnumbered. However, the strategists Zhou Yu (Tony Leung) and Zhuge Liang (Takeshi Kaneshiro) see that Cao Cao's army is unused to battling on the sea. With 200,000 men, Zhou Yu and Zhuge Liang defeat Cao Cao's army at the Yangtze River.

It's not about the handsome actors or pretty actresses(Seen enough of them on other shows)
Or maybe it's something personal? i love action fighting movies?
Even though i know the entire story plot of this battle but it's still interesting to see how they put the story onto big screen especially the smart tactics that Zhuge liang & zhou yu came up with.

Baby didn't watch part 1 of the movie but i dragged him to watch it with me and i was worried that he may not like the show.
Thank god, he told me that he enjoyed the show.
This show reminds me of my secondary school mandarin lesson cos this story was included in the textbook.
Miss the days whereby i play 3 kingdom games with younger brother.
Hehe...

Next show that i wanna watch is Underworld! 5th feb!

Spot the peacock!

The ambassadors of Majolica Majorca were told to meet at 3pm on the 30dec.

I had no clue about the meeting so i asked Jerraine for more details but she replied " I can't tell u, it's a surprise! I'm taking you girls out, just wear something comfortable!"

So i followed her instructions and went down.

Anyways, I LOVE TO GO DOWN!!

Haha, cos we are always pampered with beautiful princessy style stuffs!!

And this time round, each of us get to collect our Majolica Majorca products! Hmm...I shall take it as fantastic xmas/new year present from Majolica Majorca.
In conjunction with the launch of the new line which is themed after a peacock, she brought us to SENTOSA for a "spot the peacock" activity!

Our mission was to find peacocks and take pictures with them!

Wondering why a peacock? According to Jerraine, Chapter 20(which is the latest release) is called "a girl with wings". One of the products is a mascara called Lash Gorgeous Wing. It is supposed to create lashes as feathery as a PEACOCK! New colours of the Majolook(Trick On) eyeshadow palette which i love is also going to be launched!!

We boarded the chartered bus and soon, we arrived at Sentosa for a "hunting" session!

Our mummy, jerraine!! she's wearing a peacock style dress, holding peacock feather fan. she put in so much effort to match the theme!!

After walking around the area for awhile, we found some peacocks!!

We were excited and ran after it.

However, we scared them away!!

Then, we spent some time following the peacocks around the area, finding opportunities to take pics.

Trust me, it's not easy to snap a good picture with a peacock without chasing them away and peacocks can actually FLY!!

Finally we manage to snap a pic with peacock within the pic together with all of us!!!

how isit?? I think it's not bad, managed to capture 2 peacocks!!

HHOORRAYY!!

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!!

After the hard work, we boarded the bus and headed down to jco donuts at Bugis Junction!

By den, we were famished!! An area was reserved specially for us.

Everything was arranged nicely and decorated and we were greeted with a warm welcome!

They rewarded all of us for our hard work with donuts and drinks!!

My maid complained that i buy too much stuffs and i didn't clear off the old & unwanted items, hence i'm outta space.

Just manage to clear off 1.5 black trash bag full of my stuffs and i'm not done yet!!

Now i'm so happy after clearing up the mess!!!

Tried the game "left 4 dead" with baby and his friends at lan shop.
It's about 4 survivors fighting zombies all over the city.
Quite an exciting game but too scary for a timid girl(like me) to play.
I was screaming "HELP BABY HELP ME!!! ZOMBIE CAPTURED ME!"
and he was shouting "BABY WHERE ARE YOU?? FOLLOW ME!!! JUST FOLLOW ME!!"
And again, I'm think i SUCK at this game!!
Poor teammates suffered cos i dragged the team down.
i think guys who enjoy CS will love this game cos baby and his friends are so into this game lately :D

Decided to go without fake lashes for upper lash for last day of 2008

with Majolica Majorca's Mascara for both upper and lower lashes (but i still use it for lower lashes all the time)!!
Anyways, i don't have very long lashes to begin with.
I suppose, this is the best i can do with mascara?

Sentosa

I'm sure all Singaporeans know about Sentosa and most should have visited Sentosa!!
It's one of my favourite attraction in Singapore!!
I used to go Sentosa very often for tanning and have fun with my beloved friends at Siloso beach.
To my surprise, Nuffnang gave me the chance to enjoy sentosa trip with 2 other friends!!

We love the show. it's really an eye opener for us. I love the combination of water effect, laser, coloured lightings, flames and pyrotechnics. It's very well put together and presented to the audience!

Sentosa Luge & Skyride

Sentosa brings you the first ever luge in Southeast Asia!. The Sentosa Luge is a combination of a go-kart and toboggan.
