I start questioning myself lately...
What's wrong with me?? Is this me??
Am i living my life to the fullest?? Am i covering up the truth/avoiding problems/deceiving myself??
I have doubts about myself & my life... what are my aims??? am i aimless soul wandering around??
wakey wakey!!! no more dreaming in your lala land...
What's with the hesitations when it comes to decision making??? I'm intimadated about growing up??
am i really happy about my life?? is that genuine smile??

What can i do and what should i do?
I feel so insignificant and weak...
As the saying goes.. Failure to plan= planning to fail... I MUST PLAN!!
SIGH... i hate this feeling..
Am i worrying way too much?? Or i'm jus paranoid?
Nobody's life is perfect and there's no need to pretend as if i'm happy all the time.
This is reality..
No more "fairy tale" even i love fairy tale starting with "once upon a time" and ends with "happily ever after".

Dear All,

I would like to thank all friends for giving me and my family, especially my sister, care and support for the past one week. Thinking back, the past one week it is really one of the worst weeks which my family have to endure through. The news that my niece, Charmaine Lim, 3yrs 7 mths old, has been diagnosed with 4th stage neuroblastoma cancer came as shock to everyone who knows her.

She is currently warded in KK Hospital, undergoing the torturous chemo treatment from today onwards (26 Feb 2009). As much as I wish to help her to relief some of the pain that she will have to go through, I guess there is just limited things we can do at the moment except praying for a miracle to happen. Nevertheless, we will fight the war with her through this period of sufferings.

The following blog has been specially set up to gather all the help we can find to defeat the monster in her tummy.

Watched the movie, Marley & me, yesterday.
The movie is based on the book- marley & me: life and love with the world's worst dog. It is a bestselling autobiographical book by journalist, John Grogan, published in 2005.
The film was released in the United States and Canada on December 25, 2008 and set a record for the largest Christmas Day box office ever with $14.75 million in ticket sales.

It's a show that you shouldn't miss! (especially for dog lovers/owners)
Unlike other big shows with lots of special effects or fighting/actions, this is a simple life story plot yet it's great show.
I love the show and can relate this show to myself.
Towards the ending of the show, i almost cried.. luckily i managed to hold back my tears :D

For those who don't have pet dog, u may wanna consider about having a dog after watching this show.
BUT please be responsible owner okie? don't leave the poor dog at SPCA after sometime...
Dogs are human's best friend!

i told myself to spend more time with him, dote on him more and bring him out regularly.

Majolica Majorca chapter 22

We were told to go down for MJ meeting on 3rd Feb 2009, 4pm. Again, we had no clue what Jerraine had up her sleeves. She said "Dress comfortably & come with light make up!"

One thing i know for sure is- we are a lucky bunch of girls! cos we have the privilege of trying/getting the latest products whenever we go down!

I told Jerraine that i saw the line up of products that will be launched for the new season in a Japanese mag and i'm looking forward to try the new mascara (Lash beautifying mascara frame plus) which comes with a unique coil and comb wand.

The moment i stepped into the room, i saw the other ambassadors happily taking pictures and trying out the latest products.

Then i realized that the new chapter 22- Girly Erotica will be launched soon!

For the latest season, new mascara- Lash Beautifying Mascara Frame Plus, new Pressed Pore Cover, and two new shades of Honey Pump Gloss will be added to Majolica Majorca's collection.

I was delighted to see the new products!! Immediately, i took out my camera and started snapping pictures!!

We were then asked to go to another room for an activity and we were surprised to see Loh Hei!!

Each of us took turns to add in one ingredient and say something auspicious for the New Year.

Then, we picked up the chopsticks and LOH, LOH, LOH!!!

It was my very first all-girl Loh Hei session, so i assumed that it will be a "gentle" session.

Surprisingly we were "wild"!!

Ingredients flew all over the place, landed on our hands, emileen's bangles, beatrice's hair, etc. One side of Kanny's chopstick dropped into the dish!!

The best part was... Some ingredients landed on the table and we put them back into the plate!

haha.... i know it may sound unbelievable but i'm serious and i didn't exaggerate!!

Most importantly, we had fun and we ate the stuff !!

After we were done with cleaning up, Jerraine gave a short presentation on Chapter 22 to educate us with basic knowledge about the products which i will be sharing in my next MJ entry.

The next activity nearly gave me a heart attack!

My first reaction was "OMG!!" and as i looked around, i saw other girls with similar expressions on their faces.

Wanna guess what was it???

Hints... hmmm... it can be considered as an exercise..

To keep us in line with the theme of Chapter 22's Girly Erotica launch, MJ got an dance instructor to teach us.....

EROTIC DANCE!!

For a moment, we thought Jerraine was joking with us!

but when the dance instructor came in, we realized that she wasn't joking.

So all of us started our dance lesson... we learned the moves step by step..

oh ya, the prop that we used for the dance was a CHAIR!

I'm not a good dancer to begin with, furthermore i was wearing a casual dress, which made it even harder for me to dance!

She taught us patiently and we followed her instructions slowly.

All of us put in effort to learn and remember the steps.

Haven't work out for sometime... I thought I heard my bones “cracking” and thought that I can't avoid muscles ache the following day.

At the end of the lesson, the instructor danced for us and she's really HOT!

I wish that i can dance like her!!

when i saw e demo of ff13, i thought that the game is out and i said "I must play this game!!"
however, it's not out yet... i'm waiting for it to be out!!!
i can be game freak even though i don't look like one who can be addicted to games and play all day long.

Hair extension- Angel xin beauty

Envy about girls with long soft, shiny & healthy hair??

Wanna do Japanese perm but your hair is short and it will take forever to grow your hair till the desired length??

Reasons?

1. I never like the idea of having someone else's hair on me. It sounds freaky!

   I use fake lashes!! so this reason is down!

3. As I know nothing about extending hair, I asked my girlfriends who did extensions. They told me about the cons of extending hair and I chickened out (eg: it's uncomfortable to sleep with them on, troublesome as it will tangle, harder to wash hair and more)

   However, the discomfort that people usually complain about was for clip on method and it can last up to 3months only. Now, Braiding method is very popular as it can last up to 6months long and it is much more comfortable and painless!

Met my pri school classmate.. she stays near my place and we were bored! so we decided to hang out since we haven't seen each other for ages!

Tried the food at Far East
it was okie, nothing fantastic and it's 12 sgd for set(inclusive of drink, main course and mini dessert)
for first timer like myself, i felt that ordering on the machine is troublesome. we don't even know which button to press next and the machine don't accept 50 dollar notes. Had to change money with the lady working there and need her help to order food on the machine. i doubt that i will wanna eat the food here often..

took a break at coffe bean at paragon after walking around orchard for hours..

Christopher joined us after he's done with his stuffs..
Haven't seen him for very long.... we always say that we will meet soon, but it never happen. haha!
Went down to Dbl O and we bumped into dawn, amanda and their male friends.

I'm depressed...
Yesterday, 10th Feb was awful day for me
As i thought that my day was okay...
my day changed drastically... it went downhill from the moment i got a sms( bad news for me which is personal)

i didn't wanna spoil my friend's day, hence i tried my best to make my day better by portraying a tough front.
So we continued shopping in town..
i left my Jill Stuart Makeup bag(My 21st bday present which is imported from Japan) at paragon's level 3 ladies.
I'm not a forgetful person and never left my makeup bag unattended before.
It took me 2 hours to realize that my makeup bag disappeared!

Sadly, all the makeup necessities(worth few hundred) were GONE!!
SIGH.. heartbroken.. cos its almost impossible to get back all the items that were lost.
Some are limited edition items, some are imported from overseas(can't get them locally) and some are presents from beloved friends.
*OUCH*
Luckily, casse was by my side and she helped me out.

Lesson learned- take good care of your items and don't leave them unattended!!

To be honest, i gave up on online shopping for 1 yr+.
Was so sick and tired of buying clothes from online spree/shops and the design/colour/sizing differ from the pictures! To put it bluntly, i was somehow "cheated" by the pictures. So i told myself not buy clothes unless i get to try them.
I believe some of you had bad experience too.

So far, not many blogshops live up to expectations and i'm please to share a shop opened by one of my friends.
I'm sharing this not because it's opened by a friend, but i'm happy with the products as well as service provided.

Since Heroes Season 3 is over, this is show that i have been watching lately.
Based on the book "Gossip Girl", the series revolves around the lives of privileged teenagers on an elite private school in New York City dealing with family, friends,sex, drugs, jealousy, and other issues.
I always thought that only girls will like this show but i was wrong.
There are guys who enjoy this show!

Leighton Meester (Blair Waldorf) is really pretty!! She has barbie doll face and she's hot even though i may not like her character in the show so much.. as she gets jealous of her bff often and had cat fights with other female characters, plot against others with her wealth & power and more.

What about male actor??
Hmmm.. Chace Crawford(Nate Archibald) is pretty cute. what else can i say?

This show kept me awake at late hours and made me stay home on friday night.
Oh yea, i watched "ink heart" days ago and it's boring..
Rather spend the time and save the money, watching tv series/animes online
I hope that the next few movies that i'm watching will be better..
hey, i think i'm going back to the show! Currently, im still stuck at Season 2.

My family and i went back malaysia for family gathering
As usual, we were stuck in traffic jam for an hour.
Had BBQ dinner at Aunt's condo right after we got back from malaysia.
Btw, I'm not Malaysian even though i travel over to Malaysia pretty often.
I'm born in S'pore and i grow up here.

i think she's afraid, too many strangers around.

The closest i got was 3 6s!!! why don't have 6times????
Knowing that i'm as lucky as the rest, i left early to reduce the "loss" of the night..

Anyways, i think i had too much "gambling" session man...
I should put a stop to it..
it's enough for me.. i feel really tired!
And also i have gained 1kg!! too much CNY goodies(especially ba gua + pineapple tarts) and also mcdonalds suppers/breakfast!!
I wanna watch new movies!!! bride wars, underworld and more!!
