Based on the 1980s cartoon series about a music group of chipmunks comprised of mischievous group leader Alvin; tall and quiet Simon; and chubby, impressionable Theodore.
They were singing and having fun in the forest but ended in city and soon after they make new friend, Dave and they become superstar releasing albums and hold concert.

Chickmunks! they are really adorable! However, the ending is so predictable.
A good show for kids, its entertaining especially when they start singing & performing.

He attempt the impossible, including kidnapping the President of the United States and breaking into Buckingham Palace. Watch him discover the hidden treasures while there are others watching him very closely going after the treasures as well.

4/5 for this 2 hrs movie. I think he's a good actor. Its pretty cool to watch him with the help with his parents and friends uncover the mystery. No worries, u don't have to watch part 1 to watch this sequel unlike other shows like lord of the rings/ harry potter.

3.5/5 for this show.. Its less than 2hrs and nothing fantastic, sorry to say i never fancy Will Smith but his shows are ok. I expected more for this show and i knew the ending before i watch the show. Lots of "waiting" for this show, waiting for the Infected to attack him.

personally, i think its logical and funny~ appeared on magazine
1) No known species of reindeer can fly. But there are 300,000 species of living organisms yet to be classified, and while most of these are insects and germs, this does not COMPLETELY rule out flying reindeer which only Santa has ever seen.

2) There are 2 billion children (persons under 18) in the world. BUT since Santa doesn't (appear) to handle the Muslim, Hindu, Jewish and Buddhist children, that reduces the workload to 15% of the total - 378 million according to Population Reference Bureau. At an average (census) rate of 3.5 children per household, that's 91.8 million homes. One presumes there's at least one good child in each.

3) Santa has 31 hours of Christmas to work with, thanks to the different time zones and the rotation of the earth, assuming he travels east to west (which seems logical).

This works out to 822.6 visits per second. This is to say that for each Christian household with good children, Santa has 1/1000th of a second to park, hop out of the sleigh, jump down the chimney, fill the stockings, distribute the remaining presents under the tree, eat whatever snacks have been left, get back up the chimney, get back into the sleigh and move on to the next house.

Assuming that each of these 91.8 million stops are evenly distributed around the earth (which, of course, we know to be false but for the purposes of our calculations we will accept), we are now talking about .78 miles per household, a total trip of 75-1/2 million miles, not counting stops to do what most of us must do at least once every 31 hours, plus feeding and etc.

This means that Santa's sleigh is moving at 650 miles per second, 3,000 times the speed of sound. For purposes of comparison, the fastest man- made vehicle on earth, the Ulysses space probe, moves at a poky 27.4 miles per second - a conventional reindeer can run, tops, 15 miles per hour.

4) The payload on the sleigh adds another interesting element. Assuming that each child gets nothing more than a medium-sized lego set (2 pounds), the sleigh is carrying 321,300 tons, not counting Santa, who is invariably described as overweight.

On land, conventional reindeer can pull no more than 300 pounds. Even granting that 'flying reindeer' (see point #1) could pull TEN TIMES the normal amount, we cannot do the job with eight, or even nine.

We need 214,200 reindeer. This increases the payload - not even counting the weight of the sleigh - to 353,430 tons. Again, for comparison - this is four times the weight of the Queen Elizabeth.

5) 353,000 tons traveling at 650 miles per second creates enormous air resistance - this will heat the reindeer up in the same fashion as spacecraft re-entering the earth's atmosphere. The lead pair of reindeer will absorb 14.3 QUINTILLION joules of energy. Per second. Each.

In short, they will burst into flame almost instantaneously, exposing the reindeer behind them, and create deafening sonic booms in their wake. The entire reindeer team will be vaporized within 4.26 thousandths of a second.

Santa, meanwhile, will be subjected to centrifugal forces 17,500.06 times greater than gravity. A 250-pound Santa (which seems ludicrously slim) would be pinned to the back of his sleigh by 4,315,015 pounds of force.> In conclusion - If Santa ever DID deliver presents on Christmas Eve, he's dead now.

Classic fairytale storyline, about the princess to be ended up in New York City before she marry Prince Edward becos of the evil Queen who feel that she's a threat. Soon after her arrival, Princess Giselle begins to change her views on life and love after meeting a handsome lawyer. There is a twist in the storyline but still a "happily ever after" ending. I love the dresses that she wore in the show :D


In order to keep the woman of his dreams from falling for another guy, Charlie Logan has to break the curse that has made him wildly popular with single women: Sleep with Charlie once, and the next man you meet will be your true love
Its a really funny yet sweet show.
i like it and i give it 4.5/5.. somehow it reminds me of Amercian Pie show becos love, comedy as well as some sex are involved.. entertaining show

However, she replied me "No"
Reason- she feels that my natural hair fine as it is thick enough and healthy. If i want it longer, can wait. Don't have to spend money doing hair extension.

Used Swarovski Crystals and best materials imported from USA as well as Japan that are recommended on manicure magazines for manicure. She showed me both Swarovski crystal and a normal cheaper crystal of the same shade. I didnt notice it until she show them to me without saying anything. it's really HUGE difference.
I will no longer find other people whom i cant trust to do my nails after what happened to my real nails and i trust her. She called me 2 days after i did the nails and asked me about the condition, if anything comes off, can always go back for touch up. Isnt she caring and sweet? If its others, they may not give a damn after you pay up and leave.

Met Tong Jue aka Amanda on Sat evening for dinner together with afew other frens
During the dinner, Amanda brought up "Deon"( a schoolmate back in school days)
We were saying she's really beautiful and she's indeed "Xiao4 Hua1"(School Flower(direct translation)).
To be Precise, its "School Belle".

So one of them said "Joke of the school?" She's pretty and she's joke of the school???
We started laughing at him. Xiao4 Hua1 became Xiao4 Hua4~

Den we went down to Winebos, one of his friend join us
So we told him about the joke
He laughed, so we assume that his mandarin is better and understood
But he said "Xiao4 Hua4 is digested, not joke"
OMG! thats when all of us burst out~ -_-"
digested is xiao1 hua4 not xiao4 hua4... so he's not any better

He shared with us what happened during his mandarin oral back in school days

According to him, the teacher actually said "these pple shall spend their recess in the toilet eating wadever is in the toilet bowl"
She made them look so retarded especially when the whole class laugh at them like crazy.. calling them "SHIT EATER!"
The teacher believes that if u use some brains to think, its impossible that anyone shud guess it as "ce suo wan".
she says its just like "u dont throw a bowl onto the lane when u go bowling"

Which is very true and makes sense, she's really a good teacher that these boys will remember for life. memorable lesson~ respect! its so classic

I enjoy reading Francis's blog especially the encouraging and inspirational stuffs about life, relationships, love as well as friends.
so, i would like to share something that Francis wrote which is true and easy relate to

There was this guy who loved two gals at the same time but he didn't know which one he loved more. Someone taught him.

Ask yourself this question and answer it honestly :

"When you are happy, which gal would you want to share your happiness with?" The one you think of is someone you love.

Ask yourself another question and answer it honestly :

"When you are sad, which gal you want to share your burden with?" The one you think of is also someone you love.

If you think of the same gal when you are happy & sad, that's the most perfect. But if you don't think of the same gal, I would advise you to chose the one you are willing to share your sadness with.

In life, there are more sorrows than happiness. There are too many people that u meet that u can share your happiness with, not necessary your lover.

If you live your life happily, you can also enjoy it alone.

In sadness, however, there are not many people willing to share your burden with you. If you are willing to tell someone your happiness, I am sure that person has got to be someone close & an understanding person to you.

But it shouldn't stop there. If that person only thinks of you when she is happy, but looks for someone else when she is sad, this lover is too unstable, she doesn't treat you as someone she can spend the rest of her life with.

Of course, I will be very happy if I am the first person to share her happiness. But, if she is sad, I will be too willing to stay by her side & ease her pain. Only then, will I believe that I hold a very important position in her heart.

Next, i'm sharing about "new trend" which is pretty interesting.
According to yesterday's paper, Metrosexual(a term coined by gay journalist Mark Simpson) man are very popular among japanese ladies.
What's Metrosexual man? (i didn't know about it until years ago, i happen to meet a friend who is one of them and he explained this term to me)
New urban male breed have matching ensembles for every occasion, never have bad hair day, love manicures, smell like roses, have no problem shopping and talking with ladies about fashion, facial and more. The metrosexual is completely in touch with his feminine side but there is one important thing: *HE IS STRAIGHT*

They interviewed a man(small frame and skinny) who took up the role of "home maker" which is traditionally female's role while his wife is the bread winner of the family. He even mentioned that he wore his wife's clothes out and he is perfectly fine with this lifestyle.
(that explains why Takuya Kimura looks so gay in gatsby commercial? anywayz, e commericial is pretty hilarious, i used to like him~ didnt expect him to look so sissy~)



So what contributed to this?
Its new millennium, the mentality, belief and perception of people changed.
Due to mass media, urbanization and politics, women have achieved equality to men in education, workplace and more.
Women are much more educated, independent, stronger, financially stable and successful.
Independent woman does not want to be controlled or told what to do.
Look around you, how many females actually do housework and cook at home? Playing their traditional role of good "mother" or "wife"?
The younger generation woman enter workforce after completing their studies. Even after marriage, its common to hire domestic workers aka maids or get help from childcare centre to take over their traditional role.
Women are now able to support themselves and raise their own children without the help of a man, thus escaping the traditional role of “mother” and “wife”.
The independent woman has become too afraid to give back that independence she worked so hard for only to begin relying more on a man than herself. Why should she when the danger still lies of being tossed aside one day? I guess, the only way to solve it is TRUST

Men have started to take over some of the duties that women had always controlled such as housework, cooking, taking care of the kids and more.
They are performing traditionally feminine roles now.

First thing that came to my mind was, OMG~! what on earth is this fella doing?? Whats the world coming to? I guess, im still "traditional" to certain extend. Therefore i feel uncomfortable about the swap in roles between male and female. However, its between the couple, as long as they are happy and comfortable with it, so be it. Its none of my business, there is not Right or Wrong

Something about myself:
I grew up with a maid(Auntie Fe from philippines), who took care of most of daily my needs especially when my parents are always out of town due to work commitments. They are always busy with their business.
Auntie Fe was the person who was always there for me much more often then my own biological parents, sharing my happiness and sorrows. Accused my parents for not loving and caring enough for me when i was very young and not understanding enough. Still remember the times i had with Auntie Fe and the things she taught me. So i told myself its important to raise kids well as upbringing plays important role and i wana give them good childhood, to be there for my kids in future and give them the best i can.

*Mother love can never be replaced by maids/childcare teacher*

I will never make my man look "gay" or "sissy", i will still give him respect that he deserve as a man and believe in fufilling basic "mother" role.
But please dont get me wrong!
Not saying that i will become a "good mother/wife" staying at home 24 7 and not work outside like the "typical singaporean aunty" that live their life that way right after marriage till their last breath.

We should all respect woman who gave up their job for their kids. However, not all families are able to do that financially. People always see "housewives" as woman who are not "contributing" to the society just because they don't work and didnt bring in income for family. But they didnt know that they do contribute indirectly.
In my opinion, woman should strike a balance for family and work. They should still perform their feminine role, not swap role with man completely. It's possible to do share the housework between the couple.

In addition, this change contribute to rapid rise of singlehood. Statistics show that Singapore's singlehood rate is one of the highest in the world.
Singlehood rate is remarkably high among better educated. Government encouraging singaporeans to settle down and give birth, its unavoidable.

i was very upset. My natural long & hard nails were destroyed by e lady who did my nails previously..
Used nail polish remover, dissolvent, thinner and more but still cant remove the "gel" design on top of my REAL nails! she did extensions for my frens so its not an issue.
Den i found out that the materials she used are cheap materials. Felted cheated..
Paid 180 to someone who destroyed my nails!
it took calista 2hours to cut off all my nails real short until it hurts..
i almost cried..its not abt the pain..
